Military Band Performs Christmas Classic, Watch As The Man In A Yellow Scarf Turns Around Leaves The Crowd In Awe

God has blessed us with the gift of music! Music is such a beautiful way to express ourselves, and God loves when we use music to glorify him!

Ever since 1925, the United States Navy Band has been recognized as one of the world’s finest and most talented military bands. This amazing band serves the ceremonial needs of the government and is sent to perform at events like presidential inaugurations, state arrival ceremonies, state funerals, state dinners along with many other significant events.

Even though the United States Navy band does several memorable performances every year, their most beautiful performances take place during their annual holiday concert, which held each December. This concert not only showcases the band’s amazing talents, it also allows them to cut loose and celebrate the Christmas season!

The Navy Band, which is based at the historic Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C., performs all different genres of music. They sing anything from ceremonial pieces to rock, country, jazz and even classical songs. The band has six performing ensembles which include the concert band, the ceremonial band, the Commodores jazz ensemble, country current country-bluegrass ensemble and the cruisers contemporary entertainment ensemble. The Navy Band now has nearly 200 enlisted musicians and officers. Their much anticipated Christmas concert has been held at Constitutional Hall and their beautiful performance of “White Christmas” was recorded and shared for everyone to enjoy!
